Camellia Show 2014
Camellias Victoria & Waverley Garden Club Annual Show 2014 was held on Saturday 16 August and Sunday 17 August. A big thank you to all who helped to make the show the outstanding success it was. In the Floral art section we had 96 beautiful exhibits. Congratulations to all the winners!
The gold ribbon for the Victorian Winter Floral Art Championship titled “Let’s Twist Again” was won by our own president Noreen Donovan for her beautiful contemporary design. The blue ribbon for the best exhibit in Floral Art was won by Sharon Cunningham for the best “design for a corporate luncheon”. Noreen also won the President’s Trophy and the Beth Smith Perpetual Trophy for best modern/contemporary arrangement for “succulents and structures”. Deb Collett won the Camellias Victoria Award for the best “Camellias with style”. Shown below are the beautiful prize winning designs.
