Wall hanging Workshop
We were very fortunate to have our very own president Noreen conduct a wall hanging workshop in March 2016. Noreen taught us that “any design which hangs against a vertical surface” is defined as a wall hanging and this includes collage, swag, wreath, garland, plaque, decorative panel and modern wall hangings. We all had fun making different wall hangings with different styles of influence eg. traditional, modern, European, and contemporary. The bench designs were titled “It’s Easter” and “stem, spike or truss” was the horticultural item.
